Now, do not get me wrong - I WILL NOT sully the good names of designers like Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutin and others by suggesting that they are over-priced. Fact is, you get what you pair for - which is history, heritage, workmanship, quality and STYLE.
I'm not gonna lie to you - if I could afford to buy those, I probably would. But I can't, so that's done. The thing is, if you scout around, you should be able to find some reasonable substitutions that won't break your ankle, or the bank.
