September = Soup Month, there are (is?) just no two ways about it.
So I decided to make an old recipe of mine, the Butternut Squash and Roasted Red Pepper Soup of some time ago. I added something new though! A few leaves of sage blended in with the pepper - YAA-HUM!
And Cheese Toast. Everything is better with cheese toast.
Won't you try it out?
