ModernGear Women: To The Market avec French Style

Now that plastic bags have become a tremendous fashion and environmental faux pas, to say nothing of becoming unavailable at some stores, there are plenty of other trendsetting but greener alternatives to choose from - so many, in fact, that I'll be profiling a new one on a regular basis. Some of these even achieve "It Bag" status, like Anya Hindmarch's famous one did last year:
People lined up to get their hands on this bag and celebrities lugged it around to the market...
Jessica Biel

Keira Knightley

Petra Nemcova

It also inspired some cheeky versions as well, like this one by American designer Marissa Vandersee.
I have any number of bags I choose from but I think I might want to add one of these to the pile:
Which one, you ask? Either! Any!

I'm a bit of a sucker for all things French and these are so très joli that I would love to carry one over my arm as I browse for things like flowers and granola, fresh produce and spices! The cameo bags are equally adorable, and all are priced at $9.95.

Available at mothology.com are the Paris newspaper, Brussels newspaper and male and female silhouette. All that and no marine life getting harmed...it doesn't get any better.

I see those "I'm Not A Plastic Bag" bags around now and feel sorry for the fashion victim who bought it. You know what is fashionable? Not feeding the corporate machine!
